CHANSUTT PEARLS began long before it had a name—when founder Chandler Sutton first started making jewelry in 8th grade. Growing up as a basketball player (and a triplet in an all-girl trio!), Chandler would spend hours creating jewelry while traveling for games. What began as a creative outlet soon turned into a true passion.
By the time she reached college—balancing practices, classes, and collegiate basketball—Chandler decided to bet on herself and turn that passion into a business. Between workouts and homework, she poured her energy into building CHANSUTT PEARLS: sending pieces to influencers, selling at trunk shows, and connecting with local boutiques whenever she could.
Her hustle paid off. Today, CHANSUTT PEARLS is carried in hundreds of boutiques across the country, with a growing community of customers who love timeless, everyday jewelry with personality. It all started in the kitchen. (The best ideas always do.)
Gypsy River was born from a dream between friends — specifically, boy moms with zero outlet for our feminine sides. Add in living in a college town where every store seemed to think "fashion" meant crop tops and mini skirts, and well... we had a problem. We wanted stylish. We wanted trendy. We just also wanted to cover our butts. (Is that too much to ask?!)
Spoiler: it wasn't.
We started out mobile, hauling our love of boho style and good vibes to fairs and festivals across the region. Turns out, we loved it so much we decided to make it permanent — and in 2022, Gypsy River found its home. The name is a nod to those traveling roots and our deep, unshakeable love of all things boho, flowy, and comfortable.
Today, we're here for the woman who's 30 to 65, a little bougie, and believes a little sparkle goes a long way. She wants style AND substance. Trendy AND covered. Fabulous AND comfortable enough to actually breathe in.
We are OBSESSED with helping women find their perfect denim, and we'll be honest — some of our best moments happen in the dressing room. (Part styling session, part therapy. We don't judge. We just hand you another size and cheer you on.)
