Laura is wearing the size medium and is normally a large to XL in department store brands. She is 5'3" tall. The fit is relaxed, with no stretch. 

*** NOTE: the band on the sleeve is more fitted, but does have elastic.  Laura chose the size medium to allow for more room in the sleeve band, but could otherwise have worn the small. It is relaxed fit in the body.
